I started this morning with a lot of energy and no sleep. It seems as when I have to take early flights I don't sleep well as I have much anxiety in wondering if I'll wake up in time.  Once at the airport, I purchased my overated Jamba Juice and went to my gate to head to Durango on the way home from a business trip.

Our flight this morning was amazing, the clouds were low and the sunrays gleemed into the onset of the mountains which makes for a picture perfect morning.  The weather was great today and I had much succes with my business in Durango and Farmington.

What does this have to do with politics.  Well, in my travels I meet many new people who really are concearned about what is going on.  I met this couple from Pennsylvania tonight at the hotel who said they don't know what is going on nation-wide. I took a few moments of thier time to explain to them what is going on in our state.  I really do enjoy talking to constituents and can't wait to speak again this weekend.

Finally, as I sip this wonderful cup of Joe from the legendary Durango Joe's Coffee, I think to myself, what can I do differently to really make a difference.
